Nuisance
- It is prohibited to keep any substance, thing, or material on any part of Tierra del Sol that will emit foul or obnoxious odors, or that will cause any noise or other condition that will or might disturb the peace, quiet, safety, comfort, or serenity of occupants of surrounding units (homes).
- It is prohibited to carry on obnoxious, illegal, or offensive activities on any part of Tierra del Sol.
- It is prohibited to perform acts that might cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance, or nuisance to users of any portion of Tierra del Sol.
- Music sound level cannot distract the peace, quiet or serenity of occupants of surrounding units. Obscene music language is prohibited.
Parking
- Vehicles shall be parked only in garages or in the driveway(s) pertaining to the unit being rented.
- No more than two (2) vehicles shall be parked in the driveway of the unit being rented on a regular basis.
- Parking on the street, curb or sidewalk is prohibited.
Garbage
- All garbage shall be disposed of in garbage bags.
- Garbage bins shall be placed on the curb after 12:00 p.m. on Wednesdays for collection, and re-entered to the unit garbage bin storage area the following morning.
Binding Regulations for Occupants
- It is the responsibility of every Unit Owner to have seen to it that each occupant of the Unit being rented has taken notice of and comply with the prevailing lease terms as stipulated in the Tierra del Sol Master Declaration.
- The Master Declaration governs the conduct of the Master Association Members and provides for sanctions against Unit Owners.
- Sanctions also apply to all Occupants and Visitors of the Unit.
Unit Owners and his/her Unit Occupants shall be responsible for each infringement and/or damage caused by the occupants concerned, without prejudice to the liability of the occupants of a Unit themselves towards the Master Association for an infringement of the prevailing lease terms or of the terms and/or rules laid down in the Documents, or for the damage caused.
